Cancellation Policy

At skin by Ray, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality service. To ensure fairness and availability for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice: please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your timeslot to another client. No-Shows: clients who failed to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: if you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full service fee will still apply.
